Emerald Eats was born out of a magical moment at the London Irish Centre when Emma our founder overheard the staff saying the only thing you couldn’t find in London was a chicken fillet roll. She only knew their pain too well and decided if you want something done well, do it yourself. From there, a rollercoaster adventure began. Starting with a little stall at Broadway Market, to BBC’s Saturday kitchen, a food truck, stadiums, festivals, corporate catering and having the pleasure of working with some of The UK and Ireland's best vendors.
