Emerald Eats was born out of a magical moment at the London Irish Centre when Emma, our founder, overheard the staff saying the only thing you couldn’t find in London was a chicken fillet roll. She only knew their pain too well, and decided if you want something done right, you have have to do it yourself.

From that moment Emerald Eats was born and a roller-coaster adventure begun. Having no experience in the catering world but a whole load of passion, Emma started off with a little stall in Broadway Market while balancing her chicken fillet roll related dream & her full time corporate sales job. Unbeknownst to her, the Irish tiktokers flocked across London to her little stall in London Fields and excitement grew around her offering.

As word got around, and business boomed, Emerald Eats has gone from strength to strength. The Broadway Market stall has been swapped out for a Food Truck, where you can see Emerald Eats catering to your chicken fillet roll related cravings at events across the country, as-well as an extremely delicious Irish indoor catering offering direct to an office near you!
