Emerald Eats was born when Emma, our Founder, overheard people at the London Irish Centre grumbling that the one thing they still couldn’t get in London was Ireland’s most beloved sandwich: a chicken fillet roll!
When you live abroad you always miss the tastes of home and for us, that means our amazing Irish deli counters; fresh sandwiches, baked goods, iconic Irish crisps, chocolate and drinks. Oh and of course Barry’s tea.
We thought, enough is enough, so we are now not only bringing the legend of the Chicken Fillet Roll to London, but we also decided to begin to import all the Irish goods that you use at home.
